1. The company currently lacks innovation in new products, which could pose challenges in staying competitive long-term. Much of today’s success stems from strong vision and innovation in earlier years(2015-2019). 2. Absence of a dedicated CTO has created a gap in strategic technical leadership and direction. 3. Senior leadership, including the MD and Directors, often operate without clear goals, sometimes demanding deliverables within unrealistic timeframes. This impacts overall work quality and adds pressure to teams. 4. Since the MD’s active involvement during the COVID period, the company’s culture and environment have seen a noticeable decline. 5. A culture of silence exists around decision-making—many hesitate to challenge or provide feedback on even poor ideas from top management(MD & Directors). 6. Leadership appears more focused on managing the MD’s expectations than driving meaningful innovation or long-term planning.
