Difficult to grow in the company

The responsibilities were set from the beginning and I was able to work by my own with the least supervision and at the same time achieved my KPI's and comply with the procedures and goals of my department,

I was the procurement and warehouse manager, and the cash flow to pay the suppliers was limited, exchanging goods with them was a little bit complicated.
