Cons
I was very hesitant before joining SRTX, but the salary they offered me was too much to say no. The bad reviews on here are pretty accurate. I usually take them with a grain of salt but they are pretty spot on to be fair. It’s sad to see companies still operate this way. As soon I started I quickly realized how off-putting this place really was and the true meaning of a toxic workplace. There is somethings off with the way they treat their hourly workers… Nobody seems to care about how bad it is. It’s really strange, but then you realize that there is literally nothing anybody can do without Upper management approval. You want to try and change things but, YOU HAVE NO SAY. You can barely throw away garbage and that's clear when you see the piles of broken, old and dusty equipment and lockers laying around in nice piles all over. "That's just the Sheertex way” They pitch you this concept during the interview that you will have some sort of responsibility and the fun projects you can get to collaborate on but they need to to break you down first to fill the mold. If you do end up working here, don't bother giving your opinion. Unless of course your opinion matches theirs. The lack of trust they have of their employees is ridiculous Why hire people if you don't want their opinions and experiences? No explanation, no planning, no strategy.
