Pros

There are some decent human beings on the floor. They’re doing architecture work as well as interior design work.

Cons

Read the subject line of this post again. The senior leader ship with this firm is absolutely correct, Eagle, testicle, selfish, borderline criminal. They overcharge all of their clients, they try and bribe people through gifts, they recognize school officials don’t always like that, so they tried to bribe others close to the school districts. I promise a lot, but don’t give anything in return to their staff. I believe the senior leader drives around in a sprinter van because he says that he’s trying to be efficient. I would encourage all of you to look at public record in Lake Havasu and see what happened to the senior leader in the summer of Covid I believe 2022. The entire executive team is all white

Pros

Hybrid work schedule - that’s it!

Cons

If I could give zero stars, I would! Highly disorganized, no leadership, no consequences for incompetence or excessive absenteeism, leadership does not care about morale, burnout or employee satisfaction, HIGH turnover (25%+), there are two managing partners when there should be 3-5 and only one of them actually has any power. Your coworkers will not make any decisions without Mark (managing partner) and he’s never available, so you will never get anything done. You will be expected to know the history of the company without ever being trained on it. None of the employees know what SPS stands for (someone’s names?). There is no training. The office is old and outdated and desperately needs a remodel, doors are broken, conference rooms are tiny, the private phone booths are not sound proof or lockable, the desks are old and chairs are uncomfortable.
