- small exercise space - not enough room to teach advanced exercises. Small treatment rooms - one room did not have a plinth with a hydraulic pump so it was very awkward having to treat patients on this plinth. - overselling services at the clinic - felt it was very unnecessary at times as patients can sometimes sense that they're being viewed as a dollar sign - staff had poor interpersonal skills and lacked experience in the management role based on how they dealt with us
