the UK affiliate of SPIE has a good exec team now, forward-thinking, energetic; taking the company in the right direction. Middle management: new people with fresh ideas. Very good project management teams, committed, customer oriented; excellent safety records
Cons
heavy processes that sometimes make SPIE inward looking and not really customer oriented; culture that makes the company slow to react and change. Cost cutting, not enough people to support. Training and development?
