      Pros

      Co- workers are easy to get a long with. Very informal if you're new to a certain job site Safety is a huge concern for them

      Cons

      Exhausting shift work 3 days and then they switch you to nights the next day

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Show up on time every day and you have it made there.

      Cons

      Very dusty. Millwrights are discriminated against. Except for a few , All millwrights are forced to work every Saturday and Sunday where as All Electricians get one weekend day off. Must work almost every holiday.
