      Understanding to a point in regards to personal issues.

      Favoritism towards employees and superiors. Some superiors hardly know how to do there job and they play around too much .

      Pay, and benefits. Easy to advance if you are determined. Need to have good attendance to move up.

      Cons

      Not structured. Need to add structure and an easier way to find items on the portal. Update the website as well.
