Worked with spar more than a year and found ntg except I can't say the word especially people who say they are delivery managers in offshore they are big, till we join they talk nicely but later they show their real cunning nature and feel like owners of MNC
Cons
It's a waste of time to work with them and they don't have proper resources to support the consultants in all aspects and they won't keep up their promise in any case
