      company will not give any advantages, benefits so no Pros

      Cons

      They will Hire the employees only for there entertainment, after Hire they will treat the employees as a slaves. CEO don't know how to behave with employees. at least he don't know when to call the employees. i have wasted my 2 weeks time in this company.
