They claimed their work culture as far superior to other startups, but felt like it's a small space with more crowd. They have PlayStation and team outings often, but on the other hand, too much of attrition due to high pressure and mismanagement. If you don't know Tamil, you can't survive over there. They are recruiting more people nowadays, but don't know how to manage and retain the team. Lack of experience in people management is visible even with the CEO. Even management discriminate people based on their linguistic difference.
