Abysmally low pay, zero benefits, zero holiday pay, zero sick days, zero healthcare options, broken garage equipment, blatant refusal to spend a single penny for basic work-related resources including water and office supplies, management never present on-site, zero company direction, zero supervision, will hire anyone including individuals with previous criminal record, too much wastage and internal loss on a daily basis. As a result nobody lasts very long with this company, with nearly 100% turnover every year. Nothing more than a cheap, shadow company that runs its employees into the ground.
