Pros
The company has been growing significantly over the last few years, both in revenue and in personnel. This is a positive sign for the future, especially considering the current U.S. Government contracting industry that is in general decline. The leadership is forward thinking which is largely the reason for this upward trend. The future is looking bright for the company.
Cons
The general administrative functions of the company are not growing in tandem with the revenue and personnel. I've witnessed some steps forward, but also some steps backward. Investing in knowledgeable, hard workers with passion and drive to lead by example is key to ensuring healthy growth and important in order to meet revenue and project growth.
