Pros
The company does find ways to try to involve everyone, even those that are away from the corporate office. The communication is good. If I have a question, I can send an email and expect a reply back in a reasonable amount of time.
Cons
For me: I wish I have sick days as well as PTO. If I need to be out for myself or my child, I find myself having to use PTO. I would like to use my PTO to actually take a vacation. I think the salary is kind of low for the position.
