Managers are inexperienced at managing people and there is a top down culture. It's not the type of place where your opinion is valued. A lot of senior managers are younger than other places I have worked and still building their own careers and climbing the ladder themselves. It's hard to develop your career when you have nobody to learn from. The attrition is the highest I have ever seen. I think managers could work on their skills.
