Very accommodating coworkers and supervisors. Knowledgeable colleagues and a great learning environment. Positive atmosphere and a very efficient production environment.

No true cons to working with Sonavation. The company is relatively small, so there is not a lot of room for error for each individual.

The employees were great. The experience was varied and interesting.

Sonavation could never manage to pick a direction and stick with it. While it's important to be able to pivot with a startup when necessary, it shouldn't be the only play in the playbook. Upper level management types tended to also come from large companies and unfortunately, the politics tended to come with them.
