None, too much parcels to deliver in a set 8 to 9 hr route.

Very bad system of shifts and organisation is ghetto.

There are no pros about this company.

Fraudulent. Avoid this company like the plague. They take all your documents and then don't get back to you and create false reasons why they can't offer the job. In my case, I had 2 insurance claims in 6 years of driving that were both not my fault and they didn't even get back to me to say this. They just asked for lots of documents with my personal data, to create a new email address just for the company (weird!!) then radio silence. Goodness knows what they do with all the documents they collect.
