Pros
- Salary is decent for entry level job. - Daily allowance when on travel is decent. -Initial learning curve is good
Cons
- My role required me to travel all the time( 10 months i am on travel out of 12 months) so no work life balance at all. - Not learning anything new. - when on travel you have to work on Saturdays as well. - some middle management people micromanage their employees to a very high level.
