      The staff care about the people they are designing for and are down to earth. Have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks. More junior architects are assigned a mentor to help with achieving personal goals.

      Very low pay compensation for Seattle area.

      not the highest wages, only 10 vacation days for first 5 years, service based approach to design yield builing design lacking inspiration
