The base salary is not bad. The colleagues are nice. The office is in a good location and nice.

There are some really good people here and it's great to spend time with them, but the really good professionals leave quickly or leave after they've already burned out due to the disastrous attitude of the management.

Extremely toxic work environment. The leadership team – most of whom drive company cars – won’t even greet you in the hallway unless you’re about to be fired. Expect to work 7 days a week, with 12-hour shifts being the norm. Despite this, I was let go without warning, as were many others in equally unpleasant ways. For example, five people were fired just days before a major Christmas event, and only a week after a company “team-building” day on St. Nicholas Day. Management is completely incompetent and out of touch with the industry, holding their positions through connections rather than merit. The office is overcrowded, with around 40 people crammed into one space, and the view? A dull parking lot behind an Újpest Tesco. The company lacks a real client base – it's essentially a closed network, operating on personal ties to the Csányi family, with no independent business partners. If Csányi doesn’t place an order, there’s no work. The only clients are OTP, MLSZ, BEK, and MATE. No diversity, no innovation. As for the apps developed here? No one will ever use them. The whole operation feels like a giant money-laundering scheme, or at best, a meaningless exercise in wasted effort.
