Pros
My direct and indirect supervisors are wonderful people. They treated me fairly and supported my efforts. We have been through many transitions which brought us closer together. It also helped that we shared a common focus. The relationships were a bit rocky after the acquisition by Griffith but that may have been due to the drastic change. Their roles and influence probably changed dramatically and Griffith is a difficult company to work for.
Cons
This place has declined significantly since the acquisition by Griffith. The focus is no longer on customers and there is little support for employees. Now, you are supposed to conform to the Griffith way and identify as a number and a body. It does not help that each department has and still does operate in a silo. Any attempt to try and improve processes is met with haste and a cold shoulder. Change is seen as an obstacle and is avoided at all costs unless it’s being directed from the top down. With that, there is little opportunity for collaboration or discussion. Their service level is declining fast. As a customer, I would be hesitant to conduct business with the company.
