Not recommended if you're a breadwinner - Therapist SMLC Behavioral Therapy Employee Review

All of my coworkers are great and even the parents.

The pay was not equal or have a low salary because if you don't have a session, you also don't have a salary. The company mostly got 80% of the profit on which the therapist were the ones who are taking care and teaching kids which is very difficult to handle sometimes because of their cases. We also do not have government mandated benefits.

- The company offers a better rate than most, if not all, of behavioral therapy centers - Good social workplace culture - Paid mental health leave - Opportunity for increase every 6 months

- Excessive, regurgitated training - Does not teach their therapists about the neurodevelopmental disorders they're dealing with
