•Good for techies in beginning of their career. •Opportunity to learn new things are very much higher •Good environment among employees •Good work life balance as timings are general 9- 6
Cons
•Bond policy •Parking problems •Leave sandwich rule •Cell phones not allowed •2nd and 4th Saturday is half day •Dues are not cleared on time and no one cares about it •Management is very much unresponsive and treat employment perks/facilities as favours, they are giving to employees, even sometimes bark on employees with no valid reason •No full time HR and accountant, these activities sometimes remind of old Govt offices as people responsible for these things are least responsive to employees on these matters
