They are open to improvement by all employees, fun working atmosphere , No micromanaging and ample amount of company paid holidays twice the norm or other businesses
Cons
Too many upper management employees. Not enough high level pressure when dealing with problems with O&M contracts. Customers walk all over company and mangament is too willing who abide
