Pros
It is a great place to learn and start the Pastry/kitchen life as a cook. The colleagues are great and we learn a lot with them. After several years working there, it is possible for the employee apply for a better position. People in HR are very friendly and always willing to help, specially when someone are from outside America.
Cons
After a while working, we have to really push to change station and learn other things. There were times that I felt that I wasn't having my chef's support.
