The growth opportunities in SLK are tremendous for people in their initial stage of the career. Here you will have opportunities to have work and learn in all facets of technology. There is no one blocking you from learning and working on any particular technology and work here. A very good place to learn on the job and get experience with interacting directly with customers. I was personally allowed to explore and learn, frontend,backend, code debugging, data migration, customer facing and leading the projects and devops. All opportunities will be provided to the people who are eager to learn and work.
Cons
Sometimes the work pressure might be a lot. There very specific customers who SLK provides tech services. For the company to grow and provide more employee benefits they need to have more projects from other customers in whichever technology solutions they already have an established team.
