      Pros

      Convenience for city life Great to balance for uni work life Parking and Food is Provided at a small cost HR and Union is in placed

      Cons

      Horrible staff wages for appropriate pay gap e.g paying you bartenders $24 less than standard rate of $28 Loyalty doesn't matter. In the end of the day, it is a casino and a corporate world. They will suck you out and leave you dry. You can work for them years and years but they just take all of you and not support you.

      Skycity cares about stuffs; working at a really stunning town; it's not 24 hours open, so less pressure; free training to start the professional work;

      Cons

      Night-shift is not good for health; as a dealer, have to spend years of years to be promoted; company benefit for dealer is not good.

      Nice people. The convention centre hosts different events so the requirements of the job are always changing.

      Terribly pay and benefits.
