      parking and cheap cafe food

      Cons

      Managers in all departments that work there have been the same ones since the late 90s - therefore they treat people that they don't like or don't know in an unprofessional way. Power tripping and nasty/rude attitudes are the main concern. Change will never happen unless they move on. If you end up working here don't feel intimated by them as they've had no life/job experience other than the casino.

      Pros

      Skycity cares about stuffs; working at a really stunning town; it's not 24 hours open, so less pressure; free training to start the professional work;

      Cons

      Night-shift is not good for health; as a dealer, have to spend years of years to be promoted; company benefit for dealer is not good.

      Nice people. The convention centre hosts different events so the requirements of the job are always changing.

      Terribly pay and benefits.
