Pros

I work for SK Group but am soon to be leaving. I have been involved in the Tim Hortons UK side of the business. My experience here has been good, mostly down to the office environment I have been in including my line manager. I enjoyed working here and think Tim Hortons UK has a lot of potential and I am intrigued to see how it progresses in the future.

Cons

Senior management/leadership has changed drastically in the last 12 months and personally I believe it to have gone downhill. The goal posts in this company are constantly moving and there is very poor organisation with every aspect of the business. Communication is fine but could do better. Something I would often say is 'too many cooks in the kitchen' and that would describe the company perfectly. There are zero extra benefits offered. Occasional free food but it's not an official benefit scheme.
