Amazing company to work for - Software Developer SITEBIZ Employee Review

I've experienced no better work environment. We have access to the CEO who is known for leaving his door open for impromptu meetings. He's open to speak about work or provide personal support. He genuinely cares (I mean he's good friends with the janitor which is not seen often in that tax bracket). The company refrigerator is always stocked with everything from plain coca cola to redbull with plenty of free snacks to go with it. Employees here are light hearted and play as hard as they work. They tend to befriend anyone that enters the company. Hardwork is taken into serious account and the CEO is (trust me) not afraid to dish out great raises and even no-reason gifts. Did i mention the annual bonus? Need I say more...

Sometimes cold room temperatures. Someone eats all the hot Cheetos. Not much more actually.

Don't know of any Pros. when I think of everything.

This company completely shafted me on payment for work done. When confronted in Slack, the person in question said all sorts of things that made absolutely no sense. I've kept complete chat records, I still have copies of all the work done. Sent invoice reminders for months. Tired of hearing me ask to be paid, he simply blocked all communication channels with me. A previous manager told me he would just blow them off. I would file a BBB complaint if there were an appropriate category. I would sue if the amount I'm owed significantly outweighed the legal fees.
