Lots of favoritism. They try to screw you out of raises as often as they can for no reason other than corporate greed. Upper management does not do anything about major complaints about people because they make them money so they refuse to disipline them. Alot of dirty work, the dirtier it is the longer it takes you, the less you get paid an hour.
