This company is great for those looking for entry level jobs that allow you to grow, given that you have great work ethic. The work environment is very healthy and cohesive!

I can honestly say that I have none.

There are a lot of great people working here and they are really friendly.

There is a lot of things to learn and if you know nothing of annuities, this can be a lot at the begining, and maybe its just the year of change but there is so much going on the company and so many things that they are changing its hard to keep up with their slightly high expectations. Sometime management ignores you, or doesn't answer your questions while answering other people.
