I had a wonderful introduction to the accounting and finance industry here. The staff are very passionate, and there is a familial atmosphere among the long-term employees and everyone else. There is a great deal of intentionality in helping individuals officially qualify as chartered accountants, including providing proper paid exam leave and covering tutorial expenses.

Renumeration needs to match present costs and reality. Staff management needs a bit of tweaking to improve employee retention . Lack of international affiliation which would have helped hold the Organisation to continuous high standards. A bit of discrimination against hijab wearing muslims as non are usually existent in the firm.
