if you have never worked anywhere else then you might think this is a good place to work

No leadership, no training, have to be onsite when everyone else in the insurance industry works remotely, they are stuck in the past and refuse to change to meet the standards desired by employees. They have high turnover and zero sales agents who actually know what they are doing.
