1. Cycle of hiring, laying off, then more hiring, then lay offs. Spin, rinse, repeat. 2. Start up management mentality makes for confusing decision making 3. Cross department in fighting and distrust = unpleasant culture 4. Information is kept closely at the top, communication is not open 5. Unclear what is ahead for the company
