      Pros

      You get exposed to a lot of different types of analysis. It’s fast paced and you are introduced to lots of instruments and products.

      Cons

      The structure of the company could be better. I went through 2 lab managers in the 2 years I worked there. The turnover is high. Not enough technical training for what they demand

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
