Pros
Used to have good chance to have good colleagues, but due to management level instilled politics, massive changes in the whole company vibes.
Cons
Director: 1. Extremely poor leadership, killing all staff motivation. 2. Over ambitious to build her portfolio, squeezing all staff to the maximum. 3. Biased and will pick on staff weakness all the time, and will not give credits on staff strengths. 4. Extreme Micromanagement, no trust in staff. 5. Doesn't value staff, as she quotes "the organisation will not stop operation without anyone." 5. Selfish and ignorant. Will always mark staff who have family commitments or health issues, while she herself can have her own family commitments. 6. Double faced. Appear approachable but comment otherwise behind staff. 7. Always do double job, demonstrated extreme inefficiency and waste of staff effort! 8. Can change her mind/instructions/decision within mins, and fault staff for not able to accommodate to her needs. 9. Shows favouritism/biases to staff whom she feels is more capable (staff who can bootlick). 10. Cannot handle conflicts/ complaints amicably. 11. Does not protect staff, will jump into conclusion her own staff is wrong without investigation, and will fault and mark staff. 12. Create interdepartmental politics. 13. Extremely hard career advancement, if you are not in boss good books. 14. Set high and unrealistic expectations on staff. 15. Goals are always changing as her liking or to her benefits. Create a lot of confusion. 16. Unable to articulate/ pass instructions down clearly. Staff would need to guess what she wants.
