      Pros

      While Hiring process/ time they will spoke very nicely and they will agree for your all conditions.

      Cons

      ALL. After the selection to the company they won't give the offer what they agreed for. They won't respond to your concerns/problems once you join the company. "They won't give a salary on time." Every time you have to follow up them regarding salary. They will share some phone numbers to contact but after calling them they will tell some stories for all your problems. Timely you won't get solutions for your problems. They won't inform anything prior to you, until you faced the problem. The worst payslip they will provide, it looks like a general store receipt.

      Good Work Environment Very Friendly and Helpful Colleagues Good Hikes as per your hard-work Flexible work timings ( Also will get work from home) HR is very helpful to solve timely issues. On-time Salary Payment-Never Delays :) in my 2 Yrs of work experience here. CEO is very Humble Person..Treat employees as a family. Yearly Outings and Fun. You will find many employees with 5+ Yrs experience in SFJ itself.. The one who come here..never feel to leave the company. It is hard to leave the company..you will become a family member here.

      No Pros at all. This is a cheating company

      This is a cheating company. Never work for this company. I went to Chennai to give FICO Training at TESPA Institue on SFJ's assignment. In between the client had postponed the program and SFJ had no information. I came back after staying back in Chennai for 5 days and this cheating company didn't pay anything. They simply said "client didn't pay so we won't pay" I have filed a case in Labor Court. Please be aware and refrain from this company
