      Pros

      Nice working environment with daily support from management. Having no experience this was an important factor for me. Learning & development is very good with a clear progression path to senior/lead status.

      Cons

      Market conditions made it difficult for me to achieve my targets. Not really a reflection on SEP to be honest, the KPI's are fair and reasonable.

      They try to create a fun culture but it's only ever drinking based

      They will treat you like a child and yell in the office!
