      Pros

      The office is nice and the people who do not own the company are hard working. I was able to build upon my resume.

      Cons

      Everything you see in the cons section of every other 1 star review is completely factual. It's a terrible environment for employees and a shady cash grab for clients. The people doing really good, valuable work there (and those people do exist, particularly the director of operations who's fantastic) basically have to fight with the owners to deliver a good product. All the bad stuff (and there's plenty) is a direct result of their bad management. Read every negative review.

      Pros

      Plenty of project to work on. The managers are very understanding and are open to suggestions. The people are nice and friendly too.

      Cons

      So far I haven't noticed any cons. Not all company are perfect and this one is not that bad.

      Pros

      The coworkers are awesome and the atmosphere is relaxing. There are couches and you can sit wherever you want. No formal attire, you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Low pay. No benefits. Long work hours. HORRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE. Clients are constantly being promised tasks by sellers that we Account Managers simply can not do. Such as promises of short time turn arounds. The fault goes to the Account Manager if he/she is not able to "manipulate" their clients into staying calm regarding false promises. This company is simply focused on making money for the owners, there is no care for the clients or the well being of their employees. This company is not some place I would recommend anyone to work in. Maybe a place for a temporary stay.
