Pros

At the time, my co-workers were some of the best people I've worked with, who would have done anything to make the company a success.

Cons

Unreasonable workload. Sink or swim environment where sinking is inevitable. No benefits ("stipend" is a joke). Upper management rules by fear and refuses to support or listen to staff. Employees are viewed as workhorses that are only there to support owner's lifestyle. Clients are promised anything and everything when signing on and a majority are very demanding. When you lose a client, which is also inevitable, you are made to feel like a failure. The only reward for good work is more work.

Pros

Plenty of project to work on. The managers are very understanding and are open to suggestions. The people are nice and friendly too.

Cons

So far I haven't noticed any cons. Not all company are perfect and this one is not that bad.

Pros

The coworkers are awesome and the atmosphere is relaxing. There are couches and you can sit wherever you want. No formal attire, you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Cons

Very stressful. Low pay. No benefits. Long work hours. HORRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE. Clients are constantly being promised tasks by sellers that we Account Managers simply can not do. Such as promises of short time turn arounds. The fault goes to the Account Manager if he/she is not able to "manipulate" their clients into staying calm regarding false promises. This company is simply focused on making money for the owners, there is no care for the clients or the well being of their employees. This company is not some place I would recommend anyone to work in. Maybe a place for a temporary stay.
