I want to reassure you that transparency and fairness in compensation are fundamental values at SEON. We pride ourselves on offering competitive and generous packages, especially in sales roles. This commitment is reflected in our low attrition rates in these positions, and to my knowledge, we have not received complaints regarding our compensation practices.
Regarding sales enablement, we recognize that information can be distributed across various channels like our internal Wiki, product videos, and weekly updates. We are actively working on making this more cohesive and accessible for everyone.
