Pros
Raises are decent..but only because starting pay is low for this position which is a measly 40k. Opportunity to learn more about SEO if you try to learn it, nobody will formally train you.
Cons
Management as well as co-workers change frequently. Almost a complete turnover in some departments in less than a year. You won't learn anything from the PPC department. Also, the promises of commission are few and rare and they may even try and screw you out of it because they don't give raises or a review yearly so the promise commission cuts to everybody and in the end you may not get anything.
