Zero leadership, little talent, 200% toxic from top down, completely dishonest, unscrupulous executives, revolving door across all departments, no vision, communication is mostly nonexistent and done poorly when it happens. Health benefits are extremely expensive and coverage is poor. They don't care about people at all. Money is the entire focus, not patients or caring for them, just how much they can squeeze them from them.
