Pros
Providing support to the CEO, by keeping him updated on projects pending, maintaining his calendar, keeping track of his and all other employee expenses.
Cons
By keeping the CEO updated regularly while he was travelling he had a problem with me updating him about any pending items and such. His lack of communication skills made it very difficult to deal with him as he had never had an Admin before me and did not have a clue as to what an Admin Asst does.
