The benefit is you get to work with a large manufacturing unit with multiple departments and sections. This gives you an exposure to accommodate yourself with a bigger organizational set up. Being an Indian and worked in the front ending role, I have got much more learning in terms of people management, query handling etc especially people from different cultural set ups.
