Poor - Claims SECURA Employee Review

Nihilistic, and cliquey, the claims department often is like high school, has passive aggressive infighting. Management structure is poor, and the company has pretty clearly gone from being customer and employee (people) focused to numbers focused. It can’t be understated that HR works for the company and they do not exist for you. While this may be common sense, I met several employees who felt this way. People hired years after you will get paid the same if not more than you and they will “compensate” you by giving you the smallest raise to barely surpass the new employee.
