Pros
Absolutely no pros at all.
Cons
1. Founder uses a lot of profanity
2. Appointment letter is not handed to the employee even after 3-4 months.
3. They escapes from paying the full salary to the employees. They give stupid excuses like you took leaves , attendance is not recorded , you're still on probation etc.
4. Working days are from Monday to Sunday. Yes all 7 days a week. And don't even think of taking a single day sick leave otherwise it just gives them the advantage to deducted your pay by HALF.
5. Money spent on operational expenses are never reimbursed.
6. Company promises a lot in terms of incentives/growth/salary/ learning experience but delivers just disappoinment.
7. Work process is not streamlined. I mean there isn't even a HR to keep tabs on manual attendance nor a biometrics attendance machine.
8. They have hired a bunch of arrogant employees who have no manners to talk what so ever.
9. F&F will never be settled.
10. Labour turnover is very high
