Different unique business we get chance to understand in sports

Company is suffering because of poor finance planning. Big loans are taken, and wrong business revenues are projected. This is new business so why project wrong revenue figures? Then they are telling staff to go increase banquet sales, get companies, F&B, get business anyhow. Now the state is very bad so they are removing people but still have no idea what to do. When people are hired they give them big talks, big PR is created about company in magazines and websites, so people think that these people are doing something different and unfortunately they fall in trap. One consultant they have Sridar in sports medicine- he is nonsense fellow, talking about sports science when he does not know ABC of sports. He has no respect for colleagues, no respect for seniors (including CEO or finance head or even owner). He is openly insulting and disrespecting them but still is in the company. He has connection with a former gujarati sports officer in delhi now and uses that to get in government meetings. otherwise he talks big about being some businessman but really he is a big zero and a big talker. he is cancer to this place. huge cost issues are there.

It is a very excellent organization that allowed me to flourish and explore sports science knowledge.

No cons, a very nice place to work.
