Great team environment with supportive coworkers and providers. Management encourages growth and there are frequent opportunities to learn new treatments and technologies. Access to advanced devices and constant continued education, makes it a great place to expand aesthetic skills. The company is growing, which creates opportunities for advancement and leadership roles. Compensated very well.

PTO compensation not very great, no holiday pay.

SDBotox has had a successful upwards trajectory in so many aspects. Management has shifted over the last few years and it is truly become a happy and successful work environment. Each location/department will have its own feel. These reviews are not a one-size-fits-all. It depends what type of position you get! Like any place, there will ALWAYS be some things to improve on (ill list below] but SD Botox is the place people are seemingly fighting to be at! I truly enjoy coming into my job every day!
